The True meaning of Anarchism We have all heard of Anarchism, some understand the better meaning and some just know the pictures of the big A in a circle. But most of the time it is all in a negative perspective. The literal meaning of Anarchism is ‘anarkhia’. That’s greek, and means absence of authority or government. When, in the newspapers the journalists are talking about Anarchism, they usually make up the picture of plundering, chaos and despair. But why? Because the Anarchists ‘are’ criminals? Or rebellions?
